Juan Martin Fernandez Lobbe will lead Argentina against England at Twickenham on Saturday, taking on his Toulon team-mate Jonny Wilkinson.
Lobbe starts at No.8 in Santiago Phelan's side and is joined in the back-row by openside Alfredo Abadie and blindside Tomas Leonardi. Santiago Fernandez takes the No.10 shirt following Juan Martin Hernandez's withdrawal from the squad with injury.
Martin Rodriguez also profits due to injury and starts in the centre alongside Harlequins' Gonzalo Tiesi after original tour skipper Felipe Contepomi was ruled out.
England's injury-ravaged front-row will be tested to the limit by arguably the best in the business, with Rodrigo Roncero, Mario Ledesma and Martin Scelzo all starting. Leicester's Marcos Ayerza must make do with a place on the bench.
Argentina: Horacio Agulla; Lucas Borges, Gonzalo Tiesi, Martin Rodriguez, Mauro Comuzzi; Santiago Fernandez, Alfredo Lalanne; Rodrigo Roncero, Mario Ledesma, Martin Scelzo, Esteban Lozada, Patricio Albacete, Tomas Leonardi, Alfredo Abadie, Juan Martin Fernandez Lobbe (capt)
Replacements: Alberto Vernet Basualdo, Marcos Ayerza, Manuel Carizza, Alejandro Campos, Agustin Figuerola, Benjamin Urdapilleta, Federico Martin Aramburu
