The talented and deceptively quick fullback made his England debut in the 2007 Six Nations clash against Scotland and would make his second and only other appearance against Ireland later in the Championship.
Injuries have blighted his short career since he signed with Gloucester in 2004 but his ability under the high ball and his gameline breaking are two of his very best attributes.
He rediscovered his best form in the 2008-09 Guinness Premiership season and was subsequently tipped for an international return.
Morgan has also represented England at Under-16, Under-19 and Under 21 levels and appeared at the IRB World Championship in Argentina in 2005.
