Christian Wade is a young winger who is quickly garnering a reputation as one of the Premiership's best finishers.
With nine tries to his name in the 2011-12 season, including a hat-trick against Leicester early on, his form was one of the rare bright sparks in what was a woeful season for Wasps. Come the 2012-13 campaign, he pushed on and scored an incredible 18 tries for Wasps, which led to nominations for the Aviva Premiership Player of the Year, Discovery of the Season and both the RPA's Player of the Year and Young Player of the Year.
Wade came through the Sevens circuit and also shone for the U20 England side before making his bow in the Premiership for Wasps. Previously a student at RGS High Wycombe, Wade is now studying Sport Science and Psychology at St Mary's University College, Twickenham.
