O'Driscoll injury doubt for Heineken Cup opener
October 4, 2013
Leinster and Ireland legend Brian O'Driscoll is a doubt for their Heineken Cup opener against the Ospreys next week.
O'Driscoll will sit out Saturdays' derby against Munster due to a calf injury and could miss their first European match on October 12. With O'Driscoll out of Saturday's game against their Irish rivals, short-term recruit Lote Tuqiri comes into the centres.
For Munster, they have been handed a boost with Paul O'Connell returning to make his first start of the season. He is joined in the matchday squad by Conor Murray and BJ Botha who are both named on the bench.
