Wales are sweating on the fitness of star No.8 Toby Faletau ahead of the autumn internationals after he was hospitalised with a neck injury on Friday evening.

Faletau was injured during the second-half of the Dragons' 40-17 loss to Ospreys and the game was held up for 15 minutes while he received treatment.

He sustained the injury in a collision with team-mate Sam Perry and Lyn Jones told Wales Online post-match that while they were optimistic his injury was better than first feared, the No.8 was experiencing numbness in his left side.
