Australian hooker Stephen Moore will miss their match with the Springboks on Saturday due to a strained hamstring.
Tatafu Polota Nau will take his place in the starting line up with Saia Fainga'a coming on to the bench. Moore had been set to surpass Jeremy Paul's record as Australia's most capped hooker but he will have to wait to get his 73rd cap.
Moore suffered the injury in Thursday's training session with what the Australian Rugby Union describe as a "low grade strain in his right hamstring".
