Worcester's Dale Rasmussen has been called to appear before a Rugby Football Union disciplinary hearing following his citing for an alleged dangerous tackle.
The incident happened during Worcester's Aviva Premiership match against Sale Sharks on September 3, with Rasmussen's hearing to be held in Tewkesbury on Tuesday.
The RFU will also hear two further cases at a separate hearing in Reading the same day.
