Harlequins prop Joe Marler and Gloucester second-row forward Will James will both face an Rugby Football Union disciplinary panel next week.
The players have each been cited for striking an opponent in their sides' respective games against London Irish and Northampton last weekend. Quins prevailed over 29-24 over the Exiles while Gloucester lost narrowly 26-24 to Northampton.
The cases will be heard on Tuesday by a panel comprised of chairman John Doubleday, Dan White and Mike Curling.
