Sale No.8 Sisa Koyamaibole will face an RFU disciplinary panel after being cited for allegedly kicking Saracens scrum-half Richard Wigglesworth.
The Fijian back-rower was called up by independent citing officer Matt Bayliss following an incident in Sale's 28-22 victory over Sarries at Edgeley Park on January 2.
His hearing will take place on Tuesday, January 11 and will be chaired by Antony Davies.
Sale face Petrarca Padova and Cetransa El Salvador in the Amlin Challenge Cup over the coming weeks before resuming their Aviva Premiership battle against Bath on February 11.
